I first got interested in peak performance as a young athlete in my sport, ringette.

Quite by chance I met a fascinating sports coach named Wally Kozak. Wally is one the top ten hockey experts in the world, and he knew about my struggles because his daughter, Stacey, also played my sport.

I guess he was tired of watching my performance go up and down like a yo-yo because what he shared with me one day changed my life forever…in a few short hours, Wally led me down a path that changed my destiny forever.

I started researching different (even radical!) elements of top performance that few experts have ever explored. 

The results? I scored the winning goal in the dying minutes of the World Championships less than three weeks later!

And much to my astonishment and delight, I did the exact same thing in the next two World Championships.

Did you notice the one key word that was in each question? It's the clue to unlocking the secret to your ultimate success.

Fear.

Fear (self-doubt, performance anxiety, nerves) prevents us from rising to the top.

I know what you’re thinking. “Duh! Everyone knows that fear is the #1 obstacle to sports success.”

Maybe so. But it wasn’t until I dug deep into the subject that I realized just how much fear we have when training and competing.

We fear making mistakes, getting out-played, being too slow, being too small, missing opportunities, getting out-muscled, being tired, getting benched, and so on.

The harsh truth is that fear weakens performance. It derails your confidence, cripples your motivation, and kills your aggressiveness.

Fear causes you to question your game plan, your skills, your training methods, and worst of all, yourself.

The solution, therefore, is simple:

When you learn how to eliminate fear
for real, you finally unlock your ability
to 10X your athletic performance.

The problem?  

There’s very little information out there on defeating fear that works!

That’s why I developed the secret 3-step CTW formula for becoming a star athlete.

And the key to the CTW formula is ONE crucial ingredient.

The all-important “secret sauce” if you will.

What is that ONE ingredient?

It’s very simple.

It’s courage.

The reason it’s so simple is that you are not starting from scratch. You are just unlocking the innate courage already inside you using the simple 3-step CTW formula. 

This is exciting. It means YOU can learn how to eliminate fear so you can take your performance to a whole new level and become the star you were always meant to be.

Here’s the exact 3-step CTW formula for eliminating fear and becoming a star this season:

Step 1 is called “Master the FEAR.”

Step 1 is where you use courage to flip the switch from self-doubt to unshakable confidence and belief in yourself.

This is key because unshakable confidence is what allows you to perform your best under pressure.

Confidence is a great feeling. You just know in your bones you can do it. 

And when you believe in yourself, something magical happens. You will finally trust yourself.

Unshakable confidence turned my entire athlete career around, because I started to make better decisions out there.

Rather than take stupid shots from bad angles that had no hope of going in, I’d set up a teammate to score. Or I’d cover my check so she couldn’t score. 

Please permit me a small brag. This tiny increase in self-trust led to the biggest compliment of my life.

Paul, one of my favorite coaches, said, “Lisa, out of a thousand decisions in a game, you make the right one almost every time.”

It still gives me goosebumps. 

Self-trust is why the unlikeliest of athletes can come from nothing and make it.

(Case in point: Italian soccer star Luca Toni spent six years darting around various lower league teams until finally breaking through at the age of 26 with a goal-scoring streak.)

Step 2 is called “Master the SKILL.”

Step 2 is where you use courage to blast your technical skills into the stratosphere. 

Make no mistake, if you want to be a star athlete, you need to get superior technique, fast. 

Consider Edwin Moses, the most accomplished hurdler in the history of track and field. He won the 400 M hurdles for 10 years. For ten years, he didn’t lose a race!

Primarily it was because he was the only guy in the world who could take 13 steps between hurdles when everyone else was taking 14.

He just had superior skills. 

I know what you’re thinking, “Lisa, how can I catch up to the stars in my sport? They are better!”

That’s what everyone, including most coaches, believes too. 

Fortunately, there is a little known, almost radical technique for vastly improving your skills virtually overnight.

It’s called the Amazing Awareness Approach, and it works by giving you a quantum leap in the skills that will truly move the needle to make you a star.

A quick example. In tennis, that skill is a blistering serve. In hockey, that skill is a powerful, accurate shot.

Step 3 is called “Master the HABIT.”

All top performers know it’s not enough to be confident and have great skills.

Just ask former professional hockey player Chris Kontos, who scored 9 goals in 11 games during the 1988-89 Stanley Cup Playoffs with the Los Angeles Kings.

While Kontos had great skills and confidence, he did not display them consistently. He stopped shy of catapulting himself into stardom. 

In Step 3 you use courage to develop the power habits you need to be a consistent star performer. 

When I say “power habits,” I mean the small, daily steps you need to take with your training, your fitness, and your nutrition to become a true star.

  • What is the venue for the live event? 

You will be provided the specific venue location by email at least 72 hours before the event. 

  • How do I get a refund if I am not happy?

We will not be issuing refunds because you will only be charged after the live event or after you have had 72 hours to review the training videos online if you cannot make the event.

  • Why is the fee so cheap? Can I buy bulk tickets?

  • Are there COVID restrictions? How many people will be attending? 

We will be following the current COVID proctocols for our province in Calgary, Alberta and the venue which suggests physical distancing, sanitizing of seating, etc. More details will be provided closer to the event. We are currently limiting the number of participants to 40. 

  • Are small children, pets, or filming allowed at the event?

No, all attendees must be at least 15 years old, and pets and filming are prohibited. We encourage you to take photos! Also, Lisa will be providing the opportunity to be photographed with her.

  • What happens if I get sick? 

If you get sick before or the day of the event, we recommend you cancel your attendance and take advantage of the opportunity to attend the training online after the event.
